We can assist you in planning a retreat that fosters your development, whether this is your first retreat or one of many.

- able to meditate for at least 30 minutes without discomfort;
- Embrace a balance between formal sitting meditation and voluntary mindful tasks (Karma Yoga), like planting, harvesting, or cleaning, as part of your own practise;
- You wish to retreat to beautiful nature in order to feel more relaxed, rejuvenated, and healthy.
- Retreats in a private cabin are for one person alone. Not everyone will enjoy them. We advise taking an online course, going on a group retreat, or enrolling in our three-month intensive if you don't feel comfortable being by yourself or if you'd like extra support and connection with others.
